Monterey Sluggo Snail & Slug Control For Organic Gardening - 2.5 lb Shaker Bottle LG6500 Review
I sprinkled this product on every square inch of my slug and snail-invested garden, and over 2 months later have not seen another snail (they were invasive snails w/ a yellow & brown striped shell). I live in the Pacific NW and slugs have always thrived in my garden. Immediately after sprinkling Sluggo, I picked up a few slugs and each one had a pellet in it's mouth, so they are definitely attracted to this product. The slugs were completely absent for at least a month. As far as value for your money and time, this is an amazing product. I was having to apply Corry's or Deadline slug bait daily, and now a bi-weekly or monthly sprinkling of Sluggo keeps the slugs at bay. The other nice thing about Sluggo vs. other slug baits is that after they consume Sluggo they just disappear, so my garden doesn't look like it's been slimed. The pellets did mold after they had been on the ground for awhile, but this didn't seem to affect the performance of the product. I highly recommend.
